Just made this green smoothie and had to share it with you! It may take you to a tropical island, but take a break and enjoy the nutrients in each sip! Try fresh and organic produce whenever possible or the highest quality ingredients that you can afford.
Equipment: High-Speed Blender, Vitamix
- 3 Kale Leaves
- 1 cup Pineapple
- 1 Kiwi (peeled)
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 cup of water or coconut water
Put all ingredients into blender until smooth and Enjoy!
